1. Introduction
Welcome to Captain Poop! By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service (ToS). Please read them carefully. These terms govern your access to and use of our dog waste removal services.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By scheduling or using our services, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any future updates.
3. Services Provided
- Scope: Regular cleanup (twice weekly, weekly or fortnightly), once-off.
- Access: You must ensure safe, unobstructed access to your yard. Services may be rescheduled due to severe weather or unsafe conditions.
- Service Areas: Limited to Hervey Bay.
4. User Responsibilities
- Pet Safety: Secure pets during service times. We are not liable for injuries if pets are unrestrained.
- Access Issues: Provide access to yard, unlock gate prior to arrival, gate codes/lock instructions. If we cannot access your yard, service may be skipped or charged.
- Site Visiblity: Maintain height of grass and remove rubbish or obstructions to enable locating and removal of pet waste.
5. Payment Terms
- Billing: Charges based on service frequency. Charged 4 weeks in advance.
- Methods: Credit/debit cards. Late payments may incur service suspension.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
- By You: Cancel anytime via email or phone at least 2 business days prior to next scheduled service. No refunds for mid-billing cycle cancellations except prepaid unused services.
- By Us: We may terminate for safety, non-payment, or breach. Prorated refunds issued if we cancel without cause.
- No-Shows: No refunds if service is missed due to your failure (e.g., locked yard).
7. Liability & Insurance
- Limitation: Our liability is capped at the service fee paid.
- Damage Claims: Report property damage within 48 hours for investigation.
8. Privacy
We collect info necessary for service provision and communication only. Credit and debit card details are stored by our payment processor and Captain Poop has no access to these details.
9. Modifications
We may update these terms. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use implies acceptance. Major changes will be emailed.

11. Miscellaneous
- Severability: If a clause is invalid, the rest remain enforceable.
- Entire Agreement: Supersedes prior agreements.
- Waiver: Not enforcing a term once doesn’t waive it permanently.
